I remain supremely optimistic that one of these days, an artist will come along who is a cross between CRASS and Gaga, or Phil Ochs and the Bay City Rollers, and will actually reunite pop with it’s potential to be something beyond a revenue stream for new millionaires to play spiritual badminton with billionaires.
